Please mention in your request that you are making a “California Shine the Light” inquiry. We will respond within 30 days.
According to California law, a California resident may submit a request to access their personal information or delete their personal information by contacting us at info@tiletrader.com. However, as required by law, we will require you to prove your identity. Your identity may be verified by phone call, text message, email, or third-party verification. We may ask for information such as your name, email address, phone number, current or former address information, or other information related to transactions between you and Tile Trader. You may be also asked to provide a signed declaration confirming your identity. You may also authorize an agent to submit requests to exercise certain privacy rights on your behalf. If you authorize an agent, you will be required to provide us with a copy of the signed permission you have given to the authorized agent to submit the request on your behalf and verify your own identity directly with us. Your authorized agent will submit:
- A completed authorized agent designation form or power of attorney indicating that he or she has the authorization to act on the consumer's behalf.
- If you are a business, proof that you are registered with the Secretary of State to conduct business in California.
Unless we receive both pieces of information, the request will be denied.
